Richard Caesar started his professional life as a photographer, then studied film directing at the renowned Munich Film School, where he quickly made himself a name with several award-winning shorts. Moving via Paris to Los Angeles, the young, half French, half German director expanded his carreer into feature film and TV series, staged theatre plays, and directed countless commercials and corporate films.

Richard’s US feature film “The Calling” was shown in cinema and TV all around the world. He also directed a season of one of Germany’s most successful TV series, “Against the Wind”, on Maui, Hawaii. On a different note, Richard staged J.-J. Rousseau’s Pygmalion, a highly praised adaptation that was broadcasted by German/French arthouse channel Arte. And besides directing, Richard was partner in the visual fx house Lizard Lounge for 5 years, greatly refining his editing and visual effect skills.

In the advertising world, Richard worked for most major agencies (DDB, Young, Grey, Havas, BBDO, FCB, etc.) and for big brands like L’Oréal, Daimler-Benz, Maurice Lacroix, Calvin Klein, Olay and many more. His advertising films received more than a dozen awards. He shot all over the world – from the US to India and from Russia to New Zealand – and is used to understand and respect different cultural sensitivities and mentalities.

At the time being, Richard is based in Munich, Germany.

Born in the Netherlands, Michael's film career began in 1999 when he studied filmmaking at the International Film and Television school in Cuba. This is where he started to develop his distinctive international perspective and emotive driven directorial style that has been honed since his graduation.

Michael has worked with many international brands such as Nestle, 3 Mobile & LG, to name just a few.

He has been nominated and shortlisted at the Young Directors Awards in Cannes, and has made several short films that have been well received & screened all over the world.

Matthias Zentner began his career as a writer and photographer for travel magazines and then as an editor and graphic designer for diverse TV and cable channels in Germany. In 1995, co-founded Velvet , and developed it from a design studio into a internationally recognized studio of motion design, broadcast design, art, events and installation concepts. Zentner established an international film production team combined with hi-end post facilities to achieve a tailor-made solutions for clients. Since beginning his directing career, Zentner has produced work by blending art direction, cinematography, styling and sound design into a seamless whole for numerous clients like: Häagen Dazs, Mercedes Benz, Bombay Sapphire, Crown Hotel, Zain, Fiat, Showtime Networks, Asian Games, Motorola, Mariott, Illy, Clorox, Toyota, Ford, Audi, Hyundai, Canon etc. Zentner has worked all over the world and won numerous awards for his unique style of TV commercials.
