新锐电影及广告片导演，大学主修电影制作，热衷于影像创作。学生时代起便开始进行电影短片的拍摄，作为摄影师拍摄的短片《一个关于蒙太奇的故事》获得奥地利易本希国际电影节评委会奖，《KS》获得台北国际电影节国际学生单元大奖；2004年起开始独立执导电影短片，《再见，电话》受邀参展纽约独立电影节国际展映单元，《圈套》入围香港国际电影节第三届大中华区短片单元。 2005年起开始进入电视广告制作行业，先后在多家大型广告影视制作公司担任制片，监制，副导演及导演工作。以不同身份拍摄各类电视广告（TVC）和网络视频，微电影等300余支，积累了丰富的拍摄经验和国际化的视野。服务过的客户有Mercedes Benz，Toyota，Lincoln，Sony，Tencent，Alibaba，Huawei，Pepsi， P&G ，Bayer，Philips，Unilever，Ford，Volkswagen China，GM China，Pizza Hut，KFC，等。2010年担任导演拍摄的公益广告“绿色环保行” （Green Pedestrian Crossing）获得CLIO国际广告节银奖（CLIO Awards Silver）和嘎纳国际广告节金狮奖（Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival/Design Lions/Gold），这是中国大陆广告人在嘎纳第二次获得金狮的荣誉。2016年担任导演拍摄的公益广告“Signemoji”入围两项Cannes，荣获英国D&AD木铅笔奖，One Show银奖，亚洲Adfest金奖。 邱波导演不但在电视广告（TVC）领域不断突破自己，亦在商业微电影及病毒视频（Viral Video）方面涉猎较早，依靠着强烈的创意激情和新颖的思路打开了一片天地。他的影像风格独树一帜，同时又善于捕捉生活细节，挖掘更深层次主题，尤其擅长叙事类的影片。并且，他也非常注重用视觉来表现创意理念，让画面来推动故事，将完美的画面与深刻的内涵相结合是他一贯的追求，是广告导演里为数不多的叙事型导演。

MUJI即无印良品，是西友株式会社于1980年开发的PB品牌，1983年于东京流行发讯地的“青山”开出第一家独立旗舰店，于1990年正式成立良品计划株式会社，现为日本最大的Life Style Store。此外，无印良品在英国、法国、中国香港三地已经成立了公司。一直致力于满足消费者的各式需求，所以与日本良品计划合作，引进台湾全新的生活型态提案店。

In 1991, a wee production company was founded under the name "Phenomena". Through its first 20 years, it’s united those who have the same vision, dreams, goals, and live with the same beliefs that a “TV commercial’s job is to sell the product”. Those values have helped guide Phenomena’s long walk down a successful road. With more than 2,000 TV commercials, Phenomena “sells” the product for its clients - locally and internationally – plus delivers laughter, tears, joy, and fun to the consumers. The great mix of creativity and expert production crews is the result of more than 500 awards worldwide. In 2005, Phenomena was the world’s most awarded production company by The Gunn Report, and the world’s leader in research in the advertising industry. Then in 2009, Phenomena was awarded the Palme D'or for being the “World’s best production company” from Cannes Lions.
