Rising star Jonny Thorpe was awarded the Gold Kinsale Shark Award for Best New Colourist 2018.
Jonny spearheads a new wave of emerging colourists and has already established a loyal following due to his progressive approach to colour which, coupled with his super-sharp sense of humour, makes colour grading sessions with him truly refreshing.
He has graded films for an impressive roster of directors including Henry Scholfield (Caviar), Zhang + Knight (Friend), Ne-o (Stink), Perlorian Brothers (MJZ) and Sophie Jones (Partizan). His colour work spans campaigns for brands including Nike, Apple, Everyman Cinemas, Google, Heineken, Edinburgh Gin and Lego as well as music videos for Stormzy, The Beatles, Slowthai, Metronomy, Sigrid & Jungle.
Jonny is available for grading in London, Amsterdam & Barcelona.
