Next of kin is to be seen, heard and followed up by a health care professional that involves and supports them. Helsedirektoratet has developed a new guide that shows good practice in relative work.
Along with Dinamo we prepared an introductory film to this guide. By interviewing actual relatives, the film was personal, important, more emotional and less descriptive.
