In this information film for the Norwegian health department we help communicate the benefits and increase understanding of the SIO project. The project aims to create equality in care services and treatment on a national scale, through state financing of care services. Our challenge was to clearly communicate this complex and ambitious project in a concise and precise film. We adopted the county shield for it's simplicity, and as an easily recognizable symbol that could both transform and be rearranged to illustrate and underline key parts of the script. A bold and bright color palette helps keep the tone light and fresh throughout.
