2017. Aeroméxico
Aeroméxico wanted to match the functionalities and look of their mobile app to their redesigned website. We completely revamped the app with new features such as digital boarding passes and check-ins. Users can adjust their travelling preferences within the app, upgrading their flight or seats on the fly. We also made the app more intelligent by offering smart information based on based users’ travel itinerary. With pre- and postflight assistance, the app guides travellers from A to B like ABC. The app landed quite well and became one of Mexico’s most downloaded apps in the week after our update.
