2013 marked the 30th anniversary of PNC’s famously festive Christmas Price Index. Year by year, the real cost of each gift in “The Twelve Days of Christmas” is compiled into a financial report that is fun for everyone, not just economists. This year, PNC and Deutsch NY wanted to invite good boys and girls into Santa’s (online) workshop. Users could build custom versions of toys representing each of the twelve gifts, learn their prices, and even win unique 3D-printed versions of their creations.
