Advertising agency Owen Kessel briefed us on the new Amstel “Know the Difference” credentials commercial.
The advert explains to consumers why Amstel is a premium lager by using the labels on the outside of the bottle and aligning them with the traits of the beer inside.
By using a computer generated, photo-realistic bottle of Amstel, we were able to manipulate the camera angles to achieve the desired shots we needed for both inside and outside the Amstel bottle – something that isn’t possible with traditional filming techniques.
An additional advantage was that the content generated for TV could be replicated for the printed media meaning both time and money was saved.
