The World Economic Forum on Africa met in Cape Town to discuss and generate new ideas to stimulate the global economy. Absa Capital makes it their business to support leading-edge ideas across the globe - so a close synergy exists between the firm's position and the initiatives to be discussed.
We were briefed by the Jupiter Drawing Room JHB to develop sponsorship boards for Absa Capital around the broadcast of the World Economic Forum meeting. Understanding that the ideas discussed would have global consequences, we developed an animated spot that depicted ideas lighting up one by one to form continents that seemed to form on Earth, but later developed into a large light bulb.
