洪维志
洪维志在大学时期主修新闻专业，1999年进入广告行业，累积十年后期剪辑与前期制作经验，于2008年成为广告片导演，偏好运用情节与人物来讲述故事。 自2018年开始，创作重心转向纪录类型长片的创作，先后经历了腾讯平台节目《奇遇人生》的内容导演，同时担任负责商业品牌与节目共创的商务导演，2018与捷豹汽车、2019年与Airbnb的合作都获得了广告奖项的专业肯定。 2020年继续深耕纪实类型长片，担任由周迅与阿雅发起在抖音播出的纪实真人秀《很高兴认识你》第一季的节目总导演；在次之后，洪维志专注探求商业品牌与优质内容在新时代的诸多共创可能性。
