Unit+Sofa is a production service company based in Prague, filming across the Czech Republic and neighbouring Austria, Germany and Slovakia. It was founded from a union in 2009 by Fady Salame and Martin Sobotka of Sofa, Filip Hejduk and Jitka Fridrichova of Unit Pictures. The company is dedicated to facilitating production to the highest standard for directors from all across the world, and is proud to partner with companies including Sonny, MJZ, Smuggler, Somesuch, Pretty Bird, Corner Shop, Knuckle Head, Rattling Stick, Academy, Anonymous Content, Reset, Independent, Epoch, 75, Iconoclast, TPF, Soup Films… and many more partners and friends. Aggressive is an attitude. Technique agnostics by nature, we focus on story before seamlessly blending live action, design, visual effects and technology to produce disruptive, emotionally impactful work. We embrace each project intensively and in all aspects, from direction to live-shoot to design and post production, all under one roof, ensuring that every frame is Aggressive. Headed by the Grammy award-winning filmmakers Alex Topaller and Dan Shapiro, our creative production company crafts commercials and music videos for some of the worldâs biggest brands and artists such as Samsung, Boeing, Ford, Toyota, Michael Jackson, Pharrell, Stone Temple Pilots and Tiesto among many others. We have earned many awards and nominations since our formation, including Grammy, MTV VMA, MTV Los Premios, Bass and Communication Arts awards. Resonate
Resonate are a multi-award winning music and sound design studio, specialising in original compositions for the advertising and broadcast industries. Over the past 14 years, Resonate have worked for clients including Adidas, Audi, BBC, Canal+, Channel 4, Google, Honda, ITV, Nike, Range Rover and Toyota. Resonate also have considerable experience developing audio for physical environments and interactive installations and have exhibited work all over the world in cities including Beijing, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, New York, Paris, Sydney, Taipei and Tokyo.
