Originally from France and former ballerina at the Paris Opera, Gisèle has been working in the Parisian fashion industry for over 15 years, that includes modelling and working as a stylist for world renowned designers and fashion houses such as Christian Lacroix, Jean Paul Gaultier, Dior, Valentino and many others. In the editorial world, Gisèle is acknowledged for working along with recognized photographers and directors in the industry such as Koto Bolofo, Franck and Inès Dieleman, Stéphane Sednaoui and others. Now established in Buenos Aires, she is devoted to film-making and film direction, a passion that started in Argentina where she worked for a production house and took her all the way over New York City to study Film Direction at the New York Film Academy. Her experience, gained throughout the years, attracted her to the film-making world where she felt free to utilize what she had learned early on in life. Movement, focus, attention to details, body language and discipline are the main aspects that led her to start directing films and creating her very first short film called « Bird » (screened at the Paris Cinérail Festival in November 2013 and at the 11th Black & White International Film Festival in Porto, Portugal in May, 2014). Gisèle is an optimist and enjoys doing what she does, always ready for challenges she shows herself confident and determined to whatever is next in life, be it organizing haute couture fashion shows or collaborating with local street wear brands.
