Jon’s passion for food has seen him progress from countless editorials, cook books and covers to high-end advertising and now TV and Film as a director/dop. Jon is known for his lighting, especially on tricky food and drinks subjects, and has gained a reputation of always delivering the goods on the day. 

He is trusted by the biggest global and local brands because of his attention to detail, understanding of food and his ability to problem solve on set. Jon utilises cutting edge technologies such as motion-control and high-speed cameras as well as specialist lensing to achieve unusual points of view and capture moments in his stills and film work.

 Jon’s partnership with Flint Sydney has enabled him to seamlessly approach both stills and motion projects combining both to deliver delicious looking, coherent messages for his clients across multiple media formats.
