李志伟导演2005年毕业于北京电影学院广告导演专业，职业导演。作品风格侧重于触动人心的人文情感传达。2018年任职于韩国平昌冬奥会《北京8分钟》创作团队，担任视频导演。

南下深圳，北漂北京，现北京上海两地奔波。创作口出身，经常能在创意与执行之间做好权衡，手还算麻溜一般片子提前连机位图都预设完成，精确每个场景时间控制，基本不ot。监制粘性好，试试就知道。
