Edward ate his way around the globe filming Blush Riot and the India truckstop favourite Dhaba. Every morsel of his food adventures pays off directing at Westside. He’s collaborated with almost every major food client in Canada over his 15-year career.
Edward has a modern, natural approach. It’s all real, making his food action very approachable and visceral. This shows most in his spec work “Five Easy Pizzas” and his newest trilogy of bread spots “Daily Bread”, “Foodie” and "Break Bread."
In 2017 Edward premiered two short films at the Toronto Shorts International Film Festival: Wind Shear and Solid State. He is currently preparing his newest film, an adaptation of Deborah Willis's short story "The Hole."
