Aaron Stoller is a commercial film director. He fell into commercial directing by way of the MTV On-Air promotions department where he was shooting a variety of spots for the channel. Throughout the near decade Aaron worked for MTV, he directed hundreds of campaigns, many of which won top honors from Cannes, ADC, AICP, D&AD and the Clios. While working at biscuit filmworks, Aaron launched a number of notable campaigns for brands such as AT&T, ESPN, Virgin Mobile, Clorox and Tooheys New Australian lager. In 2009, MTV enlisted Aaron to direct a series of MTV Movie Award promos and the show intro, each featuring a cast of big-name celebrities. Several of his recent spots have earned industry accolades including “Shake On It” for ESPN, which was awarded a One Show Silver Pencil, an Andy Award, a Silver Clio and recognition from AICP. His work on Clorox “Daddy” was also honored with a Silver Clio. Aaron currently lives in Los Angeles.
