80 年代开始，王兆春开始接触继电器行业。继电器，是应用在自动化控制电路中的电子元器件，起到自动调节、安全保护等作用。从工人到一家全球占有率约 3% 左右的继电器公司负责人，他凭的是一股“今天超越昨天，不断追求完美”的干劲，靠的是他无止尽的研究探索精神。
