Just recently we purchased a pixel stick thepixelstick.com/ after seeing one used for stills work. Ladi (camera vfx) our in house operator was interested in using motion control to both move the camera as well as the pixel stick. Over the weekend Ladi programmed the animation in After Effects and programmed the moves by key frames on both rigs. We think this is a great example of in camera visual effects and one that can be used in more interesting ways in the future. With help from pixel stick we now have the whole process automated to one click.
