This new watch released by Maurice Lacroix for the SIHH 2019 features a new complication. This mechanism is designed to respond to the wrist motion taken when its wearer raises the watch to read the time.
With the slightest tilt, the hour and minute hands spin freely, abandoning their chronometric duties. When the AIKON Mercury is held upright, the hands fall back and give correct time.
