Pokémon is known all over the world. Pokémon Sword and Shield, was released worldwide on the Nintendo Switch on November 15, 2019. Before the release we opened a special promotional website called “Pokémon GREAT STORY”, where you could create a short video reminiscent of your own favorite monster-catching adventures. Answer 4 questions (favorite region, starter, memory, and battle), and a personalized video will be generated for you based on your answers.
We wanted to created a nostalgic experience and thus based the Pokémon and other visual on game captures, incorporated famous scenes and SE. It attracted lots of attention on social media. BIRDMAN is in charge of planning, scene supervision, design and coding.

世界的人気を誇り、日本を代表するコンテンツである「ポケモン」。ゲームの最新作、Nintendo Switchソフト『ポケットモンスター ソード・シールド』が11月15日（金）に発売しました。発売に合わせて、これまでのゲームの思い出を振り返る、「Pokémon GREAT STORY」を制作しました。
23年前の1996年に発売されたゲームボーイソフト『ポケットモンスター 赤・緑』に始まり、2016年に発売されたニンテンドー3DSソフト『ポケットモンスター サン・ムーン』を含む、約20年間の思い出を元に、質問に答えると、ファンにはたまらないオリジナルムービーがジェネレートされる。その数は20万通り以上。特設サイトを構成するポケモンやビジュアルは各ソフトのゲームキャプチャを元に制作し、名場面、SEも取り入れることでより懐かしく感じて貰う体験に落とした。SNSでは大きな話題を呼びました。BIRDMANは企画構成、シーン監修、デザイン、実装を担当しました。
