Urban Acres is proud to present Stewards - a series of videos that take a glimpse into the lives of the people that are part of the Urban Acres Family. Urban Acres understands that we are a part of a greater whole. We’ve set out to create a series of short films that share some of the amazing things that Urban Acres members, vendors, farmers and friends are up to.
First up are Ron and Amy McLain, an amazing couple who are growing an impressive amount of food in their backyard. Down a sleepy, tree-lined street, nestled in the heart of the suburb of Plano, Ron and Amy are taking advantage of the little space they have in their backyard by gardening in mobile containers that they have already transported across the entire state when they moved from Corpus Christi last year. We hope you enjoy this short film as much as we enjoyed making it.
