Well... that might need some explanation in a cultural context:
Our TVC shows the metaphorical journey of an entrepreneur in present-day Russia. He's facing obstacles like all the doors of authorities (he has to pass), his own doubts (burning "You can't do it." letters), taxes (the dried out mummies), Russian mafia (obviously), health authorities (the guys with the cockroach) and bad staff (with their heads in the clouds)... until he succeeds.
The Song is a Russian Oldie dealing with the topic of tilling ones field.
