My days involve a lot more time off of set than on. Writing, prepping, talking, meeting, watching, sketching, listening...all necessary parts of the process to making good work.
Yesterday I had one of those “I have to get out and shoot something simple before I go insane” days. I went for a walk and managed this before getting a wet down. It felt good to shoot with zero expectations.
