'Beating is... Shameful'
Eight Lebanese and Eight Iraqi young men (18-25y), from different backgrounds and specializations, were trained by Limelight Productions over a 5-day workshop for ABAAD and IMC, in which they learned the filmmaking process, and how to relay the notions and need to End Violence Against Women through the medium of film.
These young men created and directed their own TV spot ideas under the production supervision of Limelight Productions. Each TV spot is an original creation of these young men and is a call for action for men, from men to ending violence against women.
The TV Spots aired regionally during the internationally recognized '16 days of activism to End Violence Against Women' between 25 November and 10 December 2011.
