Three video portraits inspired by Success Lab.
Success Lab is a subdivision of Success ModelAgency, which represents male models who also devote their time to other sportive or artistic activities. Each in various domains,each with its own set of challenges. Rafael chose three of these talented individuals to explore their respective worlds. These very personal realms are far from, yet somehow in harmony with the world of modeling. He decided to follow these young men as far as it took, to catch a glimpse of the places, both literally and figuratively, where their passions bloom. This shot with a small team, with adocumentary approach, in color. He then associated this portion with an elegant black
and white studio shoot, in a minimalistic yet symbolic decor.Natural lighting and framing emphasizes these solitary bubble universes within which each character goes along his business, unperturbed by the camera’s eye.
