The Infographis Conference 2019 gave us an open brief with very little guidelines to create a visually striking opening sequence for their event. We wanted to use procedurally generated patterns for a long time in a project, so this was a perfect fit! The design and concepting process went smooth and fast, the execution was as we hoped.
The mesmerizing, caleidoscopic visuals worked seamlessly with the moody pace of the soundtrack we chose. The inclusion of the names of the (inter)national speakers was a nice finishing touch.
It took us a day or two to figure out the design, a week to setup the scenes and another week to finish the renders, add effects and tweak the sound effects.
