Following the success of her video to Beyonce’s “Freedom” for International Day of the Girl, MJ Delaney teamed up with UNICEF ahead of World Children’s Day on November 20th 2017. The video was made by the children, for the children and is set to Pink’s “What About Us.”
On November 20th, the United Nations and a number of world leaders have stated that they will take part in a “kids takeover,” handing over positions of power to kids who want to make a difference. Schools and families are encouraged to be involved in the action by sending in videos of children taking over roles of influence in their communities and advocating for change. The clips will be included in the final cut of the video, which will be released next month.
