Client – Never Say Die Records
Our friends at Never Say Die Records approached us to produce the entire stage show for Zomboy’s USA tour ‘The Outbreak Tour’. This was a very big task, creating over 60 minutes of unique animated visuals, similar to music videos that follow the songs flows and rhythms. We know from experience how much a great stage performance can enhance a show and we strived to make it an epic display for the fans.
Creating the artwork was a creative treat. The only brief was that the show should not be too dark, instead it needed to be fun and playful. We let the track names guide the thought process, and with titles such as ‘What the Fuck Jungle Bitch’ and ‘Delirium’, you can see how this was a lot of fun. We wanted to create imagery that was big, bold and vibrant so they would look great on the giant yet not super high-resolution stage screens.
After seeing the reaction first hand from the fans, we are pretty sure that we achieved this.
