Vienna Court has achieved LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) precertification Gold, an accreditation by the United States Green Building Council. The building is designed with minimum impact to the environment and in line with the “Intelligent building” theory.
The building is a low-rise office complex, comprising two crescent shaped office wings flanking the central courtyard garden and reflecting pools to the East and the West of the property and a two storey ancillary wing to the North. The layout is in correlation with the sun and wind directions to allow for maximum natural lighting and passive ventilation as well as unobstructed views of the central courtyard garden.
