About the Work
Created promotion footage for “FUSIONKNIT,” which was announced by DESCENTE in September 2018.
“FUSIONKIT” is an unprecedented knitted product that was realized by the fusion of the various technologies and knowledge of comfort during exercise, which DESCENTE requires of sportswear.
The expressions of details in the fabric that is knitted while changing the pattern and cutting technology, as well as each part coming into shape as a complicated and three-dimensional object, were expressed in footage that was structured to convey this lightly and instinctively.
作品について
2018年9月、DESCENTEから発表された「FUSIONKNIT（フュージョンニット）」のプロモーション映像を制作。
「FUSIONKNIT」は、DESCENTEがスポーツウェアに求められる運動快適性をさまざまな技術とノウハウを融合（FUSION）することにより実現した、今までにないニットプロダクト。
パターンを変えながら編まれる生地のディテール表現や、カッティング技術、また各パーツが複雑な立体として形になっていく様子を、軽やかで直感的に伝わるよう構成された映像で表現した。
