Kin directed and edited the campaign launch spot for SBS's coverage of the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
The concept was built off ideas from SBS that required the integration of Brazilian kids playing football as well as elements of actual World Cup footage.
In addition to this, all the children in the spot are connected to SBS via football development programs or SBS partnerships. This provided challenges but ultimately provided a lovely sense of realism to the spots.
We were fortunate to visit the remote Northern Territory township of Borroloola, the source of an indigineous footballing program initiated by Australia's first indigenous man selected for the national team, John Moriarty. The Borroloola kids were working towards being a part of the World Cup Unity program and have fortunately been able to make the trip all the way to Brazil for the World Cup! What an experience.
