This film profiles the exceptionally talented chef, Aaron Turner as he reflects on the first year since opening his restaurant IGNI in Geelong, Australia. One year into operation and many accolades later, Aaron is launching a book about the experience which also features the amazing photography and processes of award winning Australian photographer Julian Kingma.
The film explores Aaron's fears and concerns as he re-entered running a restaurant again after a period of hiatus. This and more is covered in the book and captured exquisitely by Julian through a unique photo film process.
