Persol - ‘Vai, Paparazzo!’
Wim Wenders and 2AM’s latest film for Persol pays tribute to Italian cinema of the 50’s and showcases the brands vintage Cellor series of glasses and sunglasses.
It’s a movie in a movie in a movie, of a reverse love story, shot in black and white by Franz Lustig and entirely on location at the infamous Cinecitta Studios, Rome. The film takes inspiration from La Nuit Americaine by Francois Truffaut. The films beautiful sound track was composed by Laurent Petitgand (‘The Salt of The Earth’, ‘Winds of Desire’).
As well as both writing and directing the film, Wim also makes a cameo appearance as the film director.
