As a former patient at Orange Coast Memorial, Sue Allie appreciates the opportunity to volunteer at the Infusion Center with her dog Teddy. When she and Teddy enter the room, the patients’ eyes light up. Pet therapy can be a great way to take the patients’ minds off of what they are going through, even if it is only a few minutes of interaction with Teddy.
