in 2011 four guys embarked on a journey to see whether it was possible to travel from Tasmania to Darwin without stopping at a petrol station. A typical boys adventure with a sustainable message, the team pillaged roadhouses and fast food joints for waste cooking oil that was then converted to diesel using a specially designed processor.
This twelve part series for National Geographic Channel covered their journey across the Bass Strait, coastal and outback Australia with highlights being the Simpson Desert and Kimberleys.
