Higgs&Co was established in 2015 by Ben Higgs, Personal Trainer and Executive Chef at Wild Oak Restaurant. Whilst training, Ben was often asked by clients how they could fit a fresh well balanced diet into their busy lives.
Ben pulled his experience and suppliers together to create Higgs&Co Real Food; ready made meals that are balanced, delicious and nutritious.
Much of the content of the meals comes directly from The Wild Oak Kitchen Garden and also from Ben's restaurant suppliers of fresh regional produce.
With Higgs&Co, you'll always know exactly where the food you are eating has come from with no fillers, no added sugars, no preservative or additives... just real food... delivered to your door!
