This drawn animation sequence was made as part of a half hour pilot for an independent feature film based on the novel 'My Dad's a Birdman' by David Almond. The animation is a rich mix of cut-outs and drawn animation. The animation is a dream sequence which depicts the main character's father winning the north birdman competition. The film was produced by Birdman Productions for Northern Film and Media.
