Professor Dr. med. Herbert Zech, one of the most influential doctors working in IVF medicine today and one of its biggest personalities, commissioned boutiq to produce a 10-minute portrait of the IVF Centers Prof. Zech in light of the clinic’s 25th anniversary. We seized the opportunity to produce the short with HD capable Canon EOS 5D Mark II. Travelling across Europe with a small crew we handled the shoot in a very documentary way, very instinctual, and flexible. The 5D turned out to be perfect for our smaller scale production where very minimal artificial light was used. The truly revolutionary thing about this camera is its enormous sensitivity to low light and the fact that you can use prime lenses.
