‘Wood’ is a new animated music promo/short film created and directed by McBess and Simon Landrein, whose day jobs are as animation directors at The Mill VFX Studio.
McBess is also a musician and song writer for the band Dead Pirates. ‘Wood’ is the band’s new music video and features the animated band as they embark on a surreal musical journey. The animation's unique style was inspired by McBess's original illustration work.
