To celebrate M&M’s 75th anniversary, BBDO and MediaMonks formed a sweet partnership and created Remix With M. This mobile web app lets you remix the classic song “Candyman” by capturing M&Ms on a surface in augmented reality. Each colour of M&M corresponds to an instrument from the song; blue for drums, brown for bass, etc. You can build your remix by placing different coloured M&Ms in the four augmented areas you see in the app. The pattern of the song alters depending on how the M&M’s are arranged, allowing you to literally mix things up.
