"Crocodile", a short film by Kateryna Gornostai has been selected to the national competition program of Odesa International Film Festival. It competes in 3 award nominations: "Best Ukrainian Short Film", "Best Actor's Work" and the Diploma of The International Federation of Film Critics Fipresci in the category "Best Short Film".
"Crocodile" is a project of ESSE Production House and a team of authors: Kate Gornostai, Oleksandr Roshchin (Сашко Рощин) and Viktoria Khomenko. One of the main goals of making this short was a preparation of creative and production teams for a bigger project -"The Floor is Lava", a feature debut of Kateryna.
"Crocodile" Synopsis
Crocodile is a game for a big company. The host shows a word only with the help of gestures. Who guesses it - chooses the one who leads the game next. Anya comes up with a difficult word for Lisa. This New Year's Eve turns into a test of their friendship.
