In this latest collaboration between Bent Image Lab and Aaron Noffsinger of Tris3ct Agency, Bent further explored the possibilities of founder David Daniels' strata-cut animation technique. This time though, instead of clay, they used a series of stenciled out paper sheets.
Director Nando Costa said of the project, "In its essence, the project was highly technical and demanded constant collaboration between our CG and compositing teams, but it allowed us just enough freedom to be creative and innovative in a Bent sort of way."
