Jonny & Will are well known for their impressive puppet-making skills, having lent their unique touch to pretty much every cool puppet piece around (their characters usually steal the show). With their new short film, the duo have confirmed they truly kick ass with everything they make.
With an alien invasion threatening the planet, two farmers set off in a pick-up truck on a mission to defend the world from unwelcome visitors, armed with pick axes, baseball bats and some beer.
The film was inspired by 1950s sci fi and rock n' roll, and everything in the film was meticulously created by Jonny & Will themselves in their studio, including the puppets, sets and music.
"Kickin' Green Asses" forms part of a huge new visual album project the pair are currently working on.
