Agency Violet Bick challenged our film production team in Newcastle to create a TV Commercial that would capture the inner turmoil experienced by someone who is faced with making a compensation claim, balancing their needs for personal justice against the feelings of reticence that victims often encounter. We brought in world renowned photographer and director Alex Telfer to help us create a series of creative tests to find the most effective solution.
