We love the challenge of making a recruitment video as it allow us to really determine the inner working of a brand. The people are the most important asset in a knowledge driven industry so finding out why people are drawn to certain companies is always fascinating. We completed this video for technology company Metaswitch and found they had a great company culture and really nurtured their talent along a career path that wasn't always obvious to them when they first joined the firm.
