A simple fee per concurrent user is available in three license offerings:
•The first one is subscription, which comes at 7 EUR/USD per concurrent user per month, including maintenance & support.
•Secondly we offer our 'One-Year Perpetual', based on one-time purchase, including one year of maintenance & support
•Our third offer is 'Three-Year Perpetual', based on one-time purchase, includes three years of maintenance & support
Not only are our licensing costs lower than the competition, but you also save on installation, maintenance and support
How does it work in practice? Let’s look at a hospital employing 300 doctors and nurses who work in different branch offices 24/7. All of them need to access their Awingu workspace from their own devices whenever they need it.
The hospital wants to buy their licenses and does not wish to use a subscription model.
Which licenses do they need?
As they work in three shifts, it is unlikely than more than 150 persons need to connect at the same time. However this could happen from time to time. By applying for two licenses, each for 100 people, they can guarantee that 200 users can connect at the same time anytime.
