Human.Kind Advertising briefed us on a new campaign for the re-launch of comparative insurance quote company Hippo.co.za.
The campaign introduces consumers to the magical world that Hippo inhabits along with a host of new characters that were also conceptualised by both agencies and designed by Masters & Savant Worldwide.
Over-and-above the central character, a new team of other characters was also introduced including Hippo’s 2-I-C, Fowler, a guinea fowl; Gus the Porcupine, an eccentric “Tech Guru”; Chloe, a friendly firefly and Lili, an all terrain vehicle and mobile headquarters for the Hippo team.
In addition to the TV commercials that were produced, the creative was executed across all media platforms including billboards, print ads as well as the Hippo.co.za website.
