With a clear message to stand against women abuse, fighting this with humanity rather than guns and bombs, 1st for Women and Jacaranda stand firm in their sponsorship of the Sisters with Blisters walk.
To create the animated event promo, Black River FC turned to South Africa's leading animation studio Masters & Savant to execute the specific illustrative style.
"We started out with the artistic impressionist style reminiscent of the Russian and French revolutions, with a heavy feeling at the beginning to convey a sense of foreboding. As the clear copy takes the viewer through the story, the images and colours change to coney that this is no ordinary army, but an army of women armed with riffles that shoot humanity and compassion rather than bullets - ultimately weapons of peace." says Roger Smythe JHB MD of Masters & Savant Worldwide.
