Andrew has had a rewarding and successful career as a software developer and architect in a diverse range of sectors. So why the move to Philips? The array of technologies used and the opportunity to put his skills to really, really good use.

He was surprised to find that for such a big organisation, things can move really quickly. “We had a meeting on Tuesday and there were handshakes at the end of it. There's a real enthusiasm to make change.”
As Senior Architect Andrew understands the team face some huge challenges, they need to adapt quickly to customer needs and use an agile technology stack to build things really quickly. But that was one of other the reasons he joined Philips. “This is an emerging business, and the potential for growth, and impact is very exciting.”
