If you cannot connect your Philips Sonicare electronic toothbrush to your Sonicare app. We are here to help. Just follow these simple steps.
Step-by-step instructions
Turn on the Bluetooth of your smart phone
Open the Philips Sonicare app and go to the ““Brush”” tab in the bottom left corner of the app
Activate your handle by either removing the handle from the charger or pressing the mode button one time on your toothbrush. In either case the handle lights should turn on. The app now should automatically connect to your toothbrush.
To confirm if your handle is connected turn your toothbrush on and you should see the timer on the screen begin to countdown from 2 minutes. Another way is to go to the app menu found in the upper left corner and select ““My Handle”“. On that screen, the Bluetooth will either say ““connected”” or ““not connected”“.
Still not working?
If the status is ““not connected”“, go back to the ““Brush”” tab found in the bottom left corner. At this time, there will be a troubleshoot that will guide you to connect your toothbrush.
